Wanted to follow up from a review I previously posted but couldn’t edit. I still love living at The Apartments at Grand Prairie 1 year later. The community is beautiful, well-maintained, and feels like home. Ellie Steffan and the rest of the team are wonderful — they are always helpful, friendly, and quick to address any concerns I have. My husband and I have lived here for over a year and we love it! There are minimal to no issues with the apartments and if we have ever had an issue, they deal with it right away. Everyone is very friendly, and dog friendly as well. No issues with neighbors, it is a very quiet safe place to live!
My husband and I recently relocated to Peoria and was looking for an apartment to rent. Most of the apartments in town are only open Mon-Fri 9 am to 5 pm. Which makes it difficult when work hours are the same. However, Apartments at Grand Prairie have Saturday hours and a very nice staff. The units are nice and clean and they helped us to get moved in quickly. We only brought necessities and they allowed us to have items shipped to our unit address the week we moved in. One of the things that makes this place great to live is the people in the Leasing office. I really appreciate Ellie Steffan, for the assistance she has provided for the past 2 years. She is a very kind and warmhearted individual. Ellie is also very prompt with reply and gives excellent advice. My family feels more secure due to her help!
