My husband and I recently relocated to Peoria and was looking for an apartment to rent. Most of the apartments in town are only open Mon-Fri 9 am to 5 pm. Which makes it difficult when work hours are the same. However, Apartments at Grand Prairie have Saturday hours and a very nice staff. The units are nice and clean and they helped us to get moved in quickly. We only brought necessities and they allowed us to have items shipped to our unit address the week we moved in. One of the things that makes this place great to live is the people in the Leasing office. I really appreciate Ellie Steffan, for the assistance she has provided for the past 2 years. She is a very kind and warmhearted individual. Ellie is also very prompt with reply and gives excellent advice. My family feels more secure due to her help!

We have been leaving here for the last 2 months, and so far had great experience. The buildings have good maintenance, nice pool. Would like to mention that we had great experience with Ellie Steffan who has helped from our first visit at Grand Prairie Apartments!
We have lived in this apartment for over one year. The location is close to shopping and restaurants. Ellie greeted us during our first visit and was helpful during our move. Landscape is well kept. Snow removal exceeded expectations. Maintenance issues are promptly addressed. Would highly recommend this complex.
