I've left a review when I first moved into these apartments, and coming up on 3 years in I am still very pleased with the way the grounds/units are continuously maintained, the tentativeness of the front office/maintenance staff and all around safe environment for my family. Kelli and the staff go above and beyond to ensure comfort/safety for all tenants and future tenants and l'd recommend this location to anyone. I’ve lived here since 2023 and have been so grateful for this Peoria gem. The staff here are amazing, quick to respond, and helpful. The grounds are always kept clean. The apartments are nice. I’ve even experienced times that the staff go above and beyond to help out. I love, love, love it here! Would recommend. Also, one hidden secret, we have the BEST sunsets!
Extremely Disappointed — Unprofessional Experience I drove over 4 hours from my college town to tour Grand Prairie Apartments in Peoria on June 7th at 10:30 AM, an appointment I had confirmed in advance via email. The email even said, “We look forward to seeing you soon,” so I had every reason to expect someone would be there. Unfortunately, when I arrived, the leasing office was completely empty.
