We have worked with Kelli and her staff for many years cleaning their turn units, getting them ready for the next tenant. They make communication easy, quick to respond, & professional. Anytime we need maintenance that are right there to help. The property itself is well-maintained and safe. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a reliable and comfortable apartment community!
Lived here almost 3 years by the end of my current lease and kelli has always been a very attentive and professional apartment manager. Her handling the few times I've needed something and the way it was handled is why I did another 12 month lease even with the price increase but that's the world we live in. I would recommend any property by her and the owners of this apartment complex. They prove they care about you.
I moved in to these apartments in January, 2025 and am so happy that I chose to live here. The complex is well maintained, the staff is friendly and responsive and the location is perfect. And, it 's great to have a pool!
Water heater breaks all the time. Dog waste everywhere - especially between the theater and the complex. Nickel and dime you every step of the way - lots of hidden fees. Not worth the rent - especially since the new owners took over about a year ago.
Very much enjoyed my 3 years living here! They keep it very clean & nice looking year round. Maintenance is always urgently on the case whenever a maintenance request is submitted. The entire staff are friendly & eager to help. Not to mention the pool is fantastic & well taken care of. Highly recommend living here!
