I called the police because an employee there judged me of me forgot my keys. I waited in front of my room door for over 30 minuets, when he finally showed up he insulted me with words" this is not necessary forgot your keys, why you have your phone, your materials going to school with you but not your keys. 1220 Apartments are cheater. They told me that they will return my deposit in one month after I I moved out. They will send me an email 7 days later after I moved out. However, I never received any email from them. I have sent email to them, but they never reply. They don't decide to return the deposit to me. Cheater!!! Fraud!!!
Lived in multiple places around Philly and this place has been one of the best! Great apartment and friendly staff. Bonus they spray once a month for bugs which is fantastic since I came from a place infested with bugs. 10/10 would recommend
Really enjoyed my stay here. Had an amazing view of center city! Cool neighbors, cool staff, great location. I would recommend to anyone!
