Windy has the Golden Key to The City. – Windy is AWESOME!!!! Windy knows all the best deals and in all the best areas. I have some credit issues and she was able to find me a bigger place than I am in now and a place that was willing to accept me with my issues. Great Experience – I said I would never use an apartment locating service again, but then I met Lisa with Apartment Specialists. She listened to what I wanted and was able to afford, and she showed me apartments that truly met that criteria. She was not pushy and gave me time to consider my options. She then called a few days later to follow up with me. I had a great experience and I am really excited to move into my new apartment. If I ever need to find another apartment I will go back to Lisa at Apartment Specialists.

Good People – This really is a great service. I had to hurry and find a place in Austin (I live in Lubbock) right after school ended and right before my summer internship started. Pleasure Working With Kelly Lloyde – Had a chance to work with Kelly on getting a new apartment in the Greater Austin area. He was very good at trying to understand my needs, and find a solution that would work to solve them. Took the time to explain the current state of the Austin market (which has changed drastically from even a year ago), and was available at most times, to follow-up on questions I may have had. Lisa from Apartment Specialists – If I could describe Lisa in one word it would be amazing. I am relocating from Chicago to Texas. This is a hard thing to do but she put me at ease.I knew I was always in good hands. Lisa was availble for me whenever I needed her. I am so greatfull that I had her on my side. Rude and Unprofessional – My house is not on the market, but is coming soon (not in the MLS yet). They showed up on my front door on a Saturday night asking if they could just come in. When we told them they must schedule an appointment through our realtor, they called him and LIED to him, telling him that they already set up an appointment with us.
