My experience was really poor. I was sad because I really had high hopes for the Apartment People. The first apartment we went to see was already rented. The second had a lobby that was molding, decaying and smelled like an old basement. The third apartment was a health hazard with garbage bags of over flowing trash all over, pizza boxes on the floor and whiskey bottles all over. I gave up with Apartment People after that experience.
