RecommendedI came across The Apartment People when I was trying to rent my unit. My agent Jennifer Wu, was really helpful. She explained the entire process to me and helped me to get it rented. She explained that the company will show my apartment and find a good tenant. I am really pleased with the services so far.
agents are great to work with. the people that handle the actual paper work need, a lot of work. first they screw up our lease with the utilities. we showed them ads they posted with what utilities are included and it was not till they started looking at their notes that they realize they were wrong. they then amended the lease. once that issue was taken care they then tell us to pick up the keys to the apartment at the office. once I arrived there they tell me keys aren't here, we forgot to get them from the apartment.

It is a waste of time! I tried to rent an apartment. Agent told us that we could make an offer during this time of a year when not many people looking for apartment. So we did. Agent told us that we have to pay application fee $160 and give them $300 to see if the apartment would take my offer. And so we did. We submit application and paid $460. 2 days later, the leasing manager sent us another application (they said from the owner of the apartment). So we submit again within an hour.
