Worst experience I've had trying to look for an apartment. An agent named Eric Weddle showed us an apartment and advised us to both make our own separate apartment people accounts online because he said each of us had to pay a separate $60 credit fee which we understood. my boyfriend then paid the first month on his card plus his credit fee and I only paid a $60 credit fee on my card with my own application . unfortunately we were rejected for the apartment which we completely understand but when my boyfriend was supposed to... read more
Stopped in this place to look for an apartment. They didn't have anything in my price range. The office was fairly deserted, run down and dirty. I think they are probably moving or something..

They took my daughter's money - deposited it well before they found her a landlord and apartment. When they finally did - they had her sign a lease and she went to move in and the gas was turned off. By law when renting after Sept 1- the landlord is suppose to have heat on . peoples gas said they could not turned the heat on until 2 weeks later. She called Apartment people they said they WOW but did nothing, saying their part was now done and her new landlord won't call her back. My daughter is a 26 single mom, who works ful... read more
