Amazing service. I was looking for a rental for my nephew and came across Apartment Hub. The referral came from one of my good friend so I know the service would be high quality. They were able to find a place that matched exactly what we were looking for. They even did an over the phone Facetime tour, since we were out of the time. They're accommodating, professional and come highly recommended.

terrible customer service – I am extremely surprised by, and frankly suspicious of, the high number of recent positive reviews here. The average Yelp rating, based on reviews covering a longer timeframe, is much more representative of my experience with Apartment Hub. Found a nice apartment through them. – I recently used Apartment Hub to secure an upscale apartment that allows dogs and is right next to the T. After a few weeks of casually scanning Craig's List for apartment listings on my own, I was convinced that such a place couldn't be found in Cambridge. Horrible Customer Service – I am from out of town and came to Boston for a week to do the mad-dash apartment hunt. The woman with Apartment Hub who toured me through some apartments was very nice and helpful. And that's about where my good experience ended. If you have to sign a lease or deal with Mark Porter in their office - be prepared for horrible customer service, curt and abrupt phone conversations, and general rudeness.
