Strange Realtor I had a strange experience with Mark Porter this past week which just gave me a confused and bad impression of apartment hub. Friendly Customer Service I came to Mark Porter at Apartment Hub when I didn't have a lot of time for the usual realtor tricks - show you a place you love that is out of your price range to get you to spend more, you know the drill. Amazing service and they made the whole process so easy and fast. Apartment Hud has many nice apartments that we couldn't find from other real estates. Every apartment is described in detail and well recorded by photos and videos. They don’t hide things from us, always be honest, we trusted them would find us a good deal. And they did it. They got us a really nice newly renovated apartment. Nice work!
Apartment Hub was recommended to me by a friend of mine who is a couple of years older and is in the same college I entered this year: Harvard!! She informed me of a very practical service they have which allowed me to start working with them even when I was still in New York... which was that they do rentals over the internet with pictures and FaceTime, and they could also meet my friend to show her the apartment personally in case I had any doubts. SO helpful! I did a summer program a couple of years ago at Harvard and I needed a place to stay. It was inconvenient and expensive for me to fly from Berkley to Harvard for the weekend to attempt and find a place that I had no idea where to even begin! Apartment Hub is great because they do a great job but they also do it really fast. I found myself in a jam, last minute, and they were on it. Not only were they on it, but I have a dog. It's usually difficult to find a nice place that will take her even though she's small. They told me not to worry and they were right! I have a great place and me and my dog are really happy. After seeing such good reviews for Apartment Hub, I decided to give them a try. I was not disappointed. I am a student in the Cambridge area and have been on a time crunch to try and find a place. Their staff knew exactly where to look and who to contact. I was impressed with how well they know the city and how they gave me a list of the best value properties in a timely manner.
