When I moved in nothing was done to my apartment. It wasnt cleaned or painted, I called and it took them 2 months to finally do anything and all they did was paint one room! Everything in this place is broken or falling apart. Cars get towed for no reason, My child has been hurt in his own room on broken/dirty closet doors. Talking to the girls in the front office do not get you anywhere and when you finally get ahold of the owner she is even worse! Most unprofessional group of people I have ever met. This place has the worst people ever representing the owners. The management is rude and said they will not renew my lease and making me move out Dec. 31. Yeah, middle of winter and I have two babies. I asked maintenance to fix my screen door, as he was here he couldn't figure out how, and yelled at me swearing in front of my babies. never rent from this place ppl r rude. and ppl that live there r cops caller i live there for 1 year i will never renew your lease and they brought the ones in south milwaukee so dont go there either
Run away! Office people are extremely rude, especially Jamie. Apartments are very old and they smell. What an experience! Can't wait till lease is up!
so true very poor management they don't fix a thing leaking roof basement nothing ever gets done carpets are soaked from dripping pipes if your smart do not live here warning pay that extra money and dont even look here its just a point of a star but i only can do full ones sorry if you don't take my warning
If you want to live in a complex where the management tells you who you can and cannot be friends with and who you can and cannot have in your apartment then this is the place for you. How about new windows installed in Sept. '07 and now at almost the end of Oct. '08 the inside molding and trim is still not in place yet rent was raised. Or better yet the 5 foot by 3 foot hole in my wall last Dec. covered with a garbage bag and duct tape when it was 30-40 below out with the wind chills. Got the picture yet?
