Do not rent from them. The office ladies are rude and are disrespectful. Maintenance does not get done. Yard work is not completed. Lived there for 2 years- when I signed the lease I was told the grass was being redone because of plumbing that needed to be done in the unit. Well I left and it was still not done. The parking monitor would yell even if you were parked for 2 minutes carrying on a toddler and groceries. Warning to anyone considering these apartments!! The low rent and updated fixtures seem appealing at first, I assure you it's not worth half of what they charge to live here. The buildings are located practically on top of very active train tracks. Which is not mentioned ever. And if you ever have a problem with your unit GOOD LUCK getting things fixed. RENTERS BEWARE!!!! I WOULD NOT SUGGEST RENTING FROM THESE APARTMENTS OR ANY OTHER COACHLIGHT PROPERTIES!!! We lived in The Apartment Homes of WIldwood Preserve for over 6 years and during that time we were good tenants however we always had issues with getting things fixed and promises were always made that our apartment would be remodeled because our cabinets and countertops were all falling apart when we moved in and that never happened. Been here long time. Seen it all. Used to be ok place to live, but now is just one big band aid. Everything is covered up. Leaks, mold, no heat, poor snow removal ect. Many tenants talking about same problems. Even saw a company treating apt for bed bugs. Maintance guys not real bright. Cheap yes! You don't even get what you pay for. AVOID
Great price BUT the management doesn't care for the safety of their tennants!!! Black mold being painted over and have to give a sixty day notice to vacate when you want to move out and not willing to work with you on it! They don't take the maintenances advice to call fire dept when a tenant smells smoke!!! Heat and hot water goes out a lot even during the winter and they won't waiver on rent due to higher electric bill due to space heaters to keep up on heat!!!!! Don't move here!!!
Worst apartment and experience.... The 24 hour maintenance is a total lie and it take 2 days to fix any simple or emergency problem. Dirty, no swimming pool facility for all apartment. they provide key of some people. no nice park,swing broken always . rat stay here. AC in living room only. heater does not work. short hair lady is stuck and very rude. if anything will break you need to buy yourself and fix too .. very old apartment.... be away !!!!
I used to leave at this property years ago. I just moved back and I must say wow, what a huge change. Regarding Dan's review, before I would have agreed with him but not anymore. They finally got ride of that cranky lady out of the office and the quite one who never cared. With maintenance I couldn't be more happy that they finally got rid of those other guys. My name is Dan and I have been living at Wildwood for over 5 years now, this is our last month here and I can't be happier. At first when I moved in I was satisfied.. It was my first apartment after moving out of the parents house. Upon moving in there were nails in the floor and the apartment was not fully cleaned from the last person living here. After being here a few months I realized how HORRIBLE the maintenance is!! The 24 hour maintenance is a total lie and it took them 2 days to fix a leak!!! I still have work orders... read more
These apartments are perfect! Clean, new apartments. Worth the price! lots of friendly people and kids, I can't wait to move in!! :)
