Bobbi Wysong was amazing! Let me just say I am a travel nurse and in Baltimore Maryland while searching for an apartment. I needed an apartment by August 1st. I contacted 3 other apartment locators with no luck. Heck I couldn't even get them to call me back. Not only did Bobbie call me back in a timely manner but heard my issues with renting an apartment with my bad credit and a dog. AWESOME SERVICE – We came to town with little more than an idea of what we wanted out of Austin, and then somehow thanks to Desiree Rico, we are leaving the same day with the apartment of my dreams that i never thought I would be able to find. Apartment Experts is awesome! We used Lori Roos and she was phenomenal. We live out of town and she came in on her day off (a Sunday) to go over apartments that met our criteria, then drove us around to look at the ones we had selected all the while telling us about the city. We ended up selecting one of the apartment complexes she found us that we had never heard of by searching on our own (before going to Apartment Experts). Thanks, Lori!
