Visited Dr. Yang today and had a great experience. She was knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely took the time to listen to my concerns. I felt heard and well cared for! That said, it took over 3 months to get this appointment, which highlights a major issue with Kaiser’s dermatology scheduling system. Additionally, it’s disappointing that Kaiser doesn’t offer reasonably priced cosmetic procedures—even minor ones. Despite those frustrations, I highly recommend Dr. Yang. Dr. Yang is extremely kind and patient. She's friendly and understanding which made me feel very comfortable at my appointment. She was empathetic and really understood how I felt about my skin. She remained patient while I asked many questions, I didn't feel rushed at all. She listened and was engaged while meeting with me. She also came up with different options for me, she wasn't limited to one treatment plan which I appreciated. She is extremely knowledgeable. Dr. Yang has spent plenty of time to go over my issues and educated me details and options of management of problems and care. Knowing KP's system and regulations, I really appreciated her in her personable care and superb medical knowledge and skills.
