RecommendedThe absolute best vets in Gwinnett County and probably anywhere else for that matter. Destiny Prezzano and Randy are amazing people. They have cared for our 3 dogs for years and been available for emergencies with our one boxer that has chronic issues. You wont find a better place to care for your pets.
I have only had positive experiences with the doctors and staff at Apalachee River Animal Hospital. My two cats and two dogs have been treated Dr. Bremer for as long as I can remember. I recently brought my two cats in to see Dr. Coval. She performed a thorough exam and explained to me the treatment options in great detail. I can't say enough good things about the team of doctors and technicians. Not to mention - this is the only place that can cut my dogs nails with minimal stress.
Absolutely the BEST animal hospital in Dacula! We are pet owners of both cats & dogs, all under the loving care of Drs. Randy & Destiny Prezzano. They have professionally counseled us through the heartbreaking loss of a senior dog, treated our puppies & kittens, and gone the extra mile at every visit. We couldn't recommend this vet enough. The entire staff truly loves each pet as their own. When our sweet pup was ill, we always felt like they helped us make decisions as if she was their pet...not a patient. When she needed to be seen immediately on a Saturday, they stayed late and waited for us. Dr. Destiny was out of town with her family that day but took the time to call us personally to check on her and see how she was doing. I have relied on Dr. Prezzano since I got my first pet many many years ago. Your pet is not just a patient to them, they love and care for each and every one as if it were their own. Their knowledge is astounding, and their bedside manner can’t be matched. They explain everything in a way you can understand, are honest, and don’t try to put your pet through unnecessary tests just to make more money. Bailey LOVES Appalachee River Animal Hospital!!! We moved here about a year and a half ago and our sweet fur baby got ill within a few months. They got her right in and both owners came in to meet Bailey and introduce themselves while giving her lots of love! We also use the kennel and Bailey seems very happy with all her friends there!
