We have used ARAH and Dr. Randy from the day he open. We drive from Gainesville because of the service, attention to our two dogs health, and the caring staff. We recommend this company highly. On a scale of 1 to 10 we would give them a 12.
Dr Randy and staff took great care of our Golden boy Murphy when an obstruction caused his stomach to stress and flip. They did emergency surgery after monitoring him w xrays and close watch for two days trying to figure out what was causing him so much pain. Dr Randy called right after surgery to reassure us and had explained things clearly every step of the way. Just did 10 day follow up and Murphy was thrilled to see Dr Randy. My dog has several long term chronic diseases, so we go to the vet a lot. I can’t say enough good about everyone at ARAH. The front staff- Karen, Mickey, Hope and Brit are outstanding! So kind and compassionate to all pets, they act like my dog is their dog. And both Randy and Destiny Prezzano, and Dr Coval are the BEST! They treated my Bella for pancreatitis 1 1/2 years ago and they saved her life- no doubt about it. They all took such amazing care of my girl. They are all animal(and people) angels. Terrible customer service ! Staff always have an attitude with u ! Extremely expensive ! Day care and night boarding is a joke ! They lock ur pet in a cage no food no water . Only reason I deal with them because they are close to my house ! But they offer an additional $3 to pay so they play with your puppy 🤦♂️🤦♂️ get me outta here!!
