I was told that they would arrive between 12 and 2. (to work on my bathroom fan) The worker got here at 1:10, pulled out the broken fan (within 5 mins) then said that he would be right back to get a replacement. Hasn't been back since.
This is the most incompetent and unproffesional company I have ever been assigned. Please do not use them.
Worst company and customer service. HomeShield sent out a technician from this company as part of my home warranty to look at a regular outage at my home. The electrician looked at the main braker for 5 minutes and concluded the braker looks fine. But he said I could replace it to see if it helps. I asked him if it looks good then can the issue be something else.
