This could only happen in Tucson. My car was in the shop and I needed to get to Dr. Biede's office to have a tooth pulled. Luckily, his office is within three miles of my house, so I rode my bike. After he pulled my tooth, he said he didn't realize I would be riding my bike today and was uncomfortable with the idea of my riding it home. So he put my bike in his truck and drove me home. I appreciate the thorough explanations. Everyone is extremely friendly and pleasant. I'm stressed over all the dental problems I've developed in the last year, after so many years of just routine cleanings, and a few crowns along the way. All of you are very calming.
I have been a dental patient of Dr. Biede for 37 years, and have followed his office locations to continue my dental care with him. The level of care has always been very informative and efficient. At 85 years of age I still have permament teeth. Today's preparation for a crown where a tooth had cracked was painless after deadening of the area. Dr Biede and his dental tech Donna were on time, professional and cleaned my teeth perfectly!
We've been seeing Dr. Biede over 40 years... he has treated/seen 4 generations of my family. He was so kindly to my elderly Dad, in his last years, and treats us all as friends. My daughter and husband love him too. Today I had the best care from Heidy, Hygienist, who gives me extra care to eliminate pain.
Every time I visit the office, I'm greeted with a smile by Nancy, am known by name, and receive professional treatment. My last visit was for a cleaning and Donna was fantastic. Dr. Biede and his wife Carla always find time to visit. For me, I'm made to feel welcome from the time I enter until the time I depart. Highly recommend this dental office.
I've been a patient of Dr. Biede since 1996. He is caring, gentle, and a great dentist. He never recommends a procedure unless it is absolutely necessary. He's always available for his patient's if there is an emergency, which tells you how important his patients are to him. He is a rare find in Tucson since Dental Clinics have become very popular and a patient is just a number.
