It's awful to be sick and sitting in a doctors waiting room for a couple hours makes it worse. Luckily direct urgent care was the polar opposite offering WiFi, coffee, an awesome app and zero wait. From the friendly and smooth checkin process with Rebecca, to the speedy diagnosis and prescription pickup from Lisa and her team, a doctor visit couldn't be any better. I can't recommend this place enough. Thank you all.

Best urgent Care in LA. Staffs are very nice. The process of checking in was fast. Parking is fine, there's a valet parking by the building if you are worried about getting towed, $5 flat rate. It was a very good experience with good treatment.
This place is great! Came on a Saturday with a nasty throat infection. Once my insurance was verified. They saw me within 5 minutes took care of me quick and compassionately. Dr was great and to the point. Prescribed the meds I needed and now at home re-cooperating. Parking is very strict security guard will intimidate you so make sure you tell him your their for urgent care facility or they'll tow your car. Shortest wait with great results!
Horrible experience and at a time I was in dire need of services. I left work and did not have my insurance card but had ID social, insurance card number and anything else that could verify who I am and the rep politely smiled and sent me away. I’m at Downtown Care now where they were able to check me in without a card. Thank God as I feel like death. Please update your policy and then I will update my review. They asked me to pay with cash. Why would I do that if I have insurance? It’s 2019 for crying out loud
