Amazing Staff that keeps you motivated and continuely works to make the classes better!
Just wanted to say that I really liked Carrie's Barre class! It was perfect!! Not too hard but hard enough to get a good full body work out and cause me to sweat!!! ...and, ballet enough that I could feel like I was in a ballet class. Just what I've been looking for😄 Loved your class! I will be back🤗 — at AOK! Fitness.
It is a great place to work out!! Every instructor is friendly & welcoming. My boys love going to the child care!!!
I really enjoy my workouts at AOK! All of the instructors are wonderful, no 2 classes are ever the same, my 5 year old loves coming here for the childcare room, everything is clean and nice... I could go on! They do such a great job of providing a supportive and fun environment. Thanks, AOK!
