I have been going to AOK for about seven years now and I am so thankful to have found it.The instructors are all knowledgeable about nutrition and exercise. It has a family feel to it.
I haven’t worked out/exercised in years. I feel very comfortable here, and it’s a great group of trainers! I actually look forward to waking up at 4 AM to grab the earliest spot and get on with my busy day.

I never thought I'd find a gym that I love after my old gym closed it's doors. I spent months trying out different places and nothing quite measured up. Until the day I tried AOK Fitness! Boy was I excited. I signed up that day. This place has instructors that truly understand what one needs to be successful in a workout regime. I loveAOK! Been a member for almost a year and first gym in my life where I look forward to workouts! All the instructors are great and the other members so welcoming.
I love every single instructor! Each has their own flair to bring to the table! I hate the old traditional gyms even when they were closer to home. I would do the same thing over and over. At AOK! I have every single variety of class I can think of from step to Trx to yoga and one of my favorites pound! I couldn't think of a better 45 minutes to spend then to spend it at AOK for my piece of mind! So worth checking out!
