Great place to stay in SM. Nice recreational areas and helpful staff, would recommend.
Rented 4 apartments for corporate lease in the beginning of the year, and so far we are extremely happy with both the service and apartments! One of the employees who we have worked with from the beginning, Cash, has been absolutely outstanding and is so easy to work with!! Yes, it is a little bit further from the beach, but the apartments are so spacious and nice, and the amenities are perfect! This place is a joke!! I feel like I'm on the show Punk and need it to stop! JOHN the manager and his assistant Jessika need to be fired along with the girl named Cash!! None of them have voicemails which is hard to believe in this kind of business I was looking to move here in January and they ended up lying about a few things so I backed out of it. Visit this apartment complex and at 3am, We could hardly sleep on a Thursday night. People out being loud. Not a great place.
They require cats to be declawed which is barbaric and it is against the law in their state to require it.
This place is terrible. Constant turnover of management and staff. We loved it here at first, but over the last few years we have witnessed their ridiculous double standards. Deposits returned over 30 days late, never controlling loud and obnoxious college kids partying in the pool area late at night, failing to get back to us on handling complaints, etc. This is one of those places that puts a notice on your door they will "fine you" for something they haven't enforced in 2 years, or any minor issue, but they don't live up ... read more
