We’ve been living here since Nov 2018 and we have been to the front office 4 times already with complaints. 1. Elevators constantly broken. They “upgraded” them a few months ago, we were patient while the upgrade took place hoping that it would make the situation better. It’s extremely rare when the 3 elevators are working. 2. Garbage on the hallways and by the disposal chutes in the parking garage. Way too expensive. Stuff constantly broken, the walls are paper thin and the staff is both rude and slow. Avoid this place.
Lived here for about 5-6 months. The experience have been quite pleasant and there is nothing to complain about! love the atmosphere and the staff is understanding and easy to talk to.
