Donated stuff that didn't belong to them. Never sent a single bill to my family member. Do not trust them.
Seven years. That's how long I've been a paying customer at this storage company, and somehow it still feels like I'm the one being inconvenienced. The invoices show up whenever they feel like it. Sometimes on time, sometimes a single day before the due date, and I get hit with late fees regardless. When I call to address it, they put the fault on me. The answer is always the same: "It's due on the first." No accountability, no flexibility, no acknowledgment that maybe sending a bill the day before isn't exactly fair warning... read more
