Seven years. That's how long I've been a paying customer at this storage company, and somehow it still feels like I'm the one being inconvenienced. The invoices show up whenever they feel like it. Sometimes on time, sometimes a single day before the due date, and I get hit with late fees regardless. When I call to address it, they put the fault on me. The answer is always the same: "It's due on the first." No accountability, no flexibility, no acknowledgment that maybe sending a bill the day before isn't exactly fair warning... read more
Good people to work with good units.
Very helpful and accommodating. Needed unit in 3 days. Do not live in Gillette, transaction and stuff was done via phone and email with cc payment. THANK YOU ANYTIME STORAGE
