We had Marcel remove one of the toilets and auger the drain. He explained what the problem was and his recommendations. Overall he was professional and pleasant to work with.
They responded promptly even on a holiday. The technician worked efficiently and diligently. He assured us he would not leave until the problem was solved and that was the case, even though he spent close to two hours. He was pleasant, courteous and very competent. We would certainly recommend this company to others.
