Around 6 p.m., the gym gets very crowded. There aren’t enough machines, so you’re constantly waiting because they’re all occupied. The equipment isn’t very high quality, but it’s good enough for beginners or intermediate lifters to get a workout in and improve blood flow. For someone more advanced or professional, though, it’s not really adequate.
Had a problem, spoke with management and they were extremely helpful. Issue was resolved within 24 hours. The manager working was very kind and able to answer all of my questions. thank you for helping out a local
The staff was so friendly and helpful! I had a great workout and was happy to see the amount of options for equipment they had!
