The customer service experience when trying to cancel is equivalent to talking to an insincere baby with amnesia, who's trying to solve a crime IT committed. Over a year ago I told a previous store manager I didn't want to sign up for an annual anytime fitness because I was about to move. Smallest gym I’ve ever been to. Barely has any equipment, gross and nobody is ever there working when I go ( even when they are SUPPOSED to be working ) I’ve never received copy of my contract and they take weeks to respond to you if ever even responding. Would recommend never coming here.

Their regional manager refuses to listen to customer feedback. They will auto-renew your contract without telling you “because we assume you love the gym so much, you won’t want to cancel.” I tried to explain that I didn’t love a policy in a very kind way, and was met with arguments. The customer is always wrong with Anytime Fitness.
