Very easy process from the time the order was placed through completion of the product. The customer support representative was extremely helpful noting specifics about the color combination that I selected. Order received and the item (pens) are beautiful; the instrument writes smoothly and comfort grips on the pen are wonderfully positioned.

Professional, proficient, friendly
Ordering was easy, fast turnaround, and the finished product was crisp and clean (which I was worried about when printing on stress balls). I only docked one star because they dropped one w on our website address and I almost missed it on the proof - but that's why it's important to thoroughly check your proof! :)
