Great product, shipped quickly and communication was excellent EXCEPT that I keep being referred to as 'Bethany' after I've told them my name is Amanda. I've requested that they change their contact information TWICE and no one has! I just received an email from the Vice President and it was for 'Bethany'. Jeesh. Change my name.
