*** was super helpful at the time of ordering and when we only received one of two packages. She made sure we got the second package and followed up with me to be sure it was indeed delivered. I appreciate her prompt and kind customer service!
Ordered blank items. Site says will ship in 2 days. 3 days later they tell me it won't ship for another 5 days. Scheduled to arrive 2 days after my customer needs them.

I ordered a set of water bottles that came back VERY cheaply made. It's as if someone took a normal bottle of water that you would purchase at a grocery store and just painted it black. You can even see through the paint at the bottom of the bottles. NOT worth the almost $500 I spent. To top it all off, the logo on the bottle is VERY tiny to where it's not even worth having it on there. I can't give these bottles to our customers.
