Bad experience
I called in about a week in advance to schedule an appointment and to alert them that there would be a special needs 5 year-old who needed a draw. I explained that there'd be a high likelihood that we'd potentially need 2 staff people present because it would challenging and the 5-yr old is physically strong. My husband took off of work to help. When we arrived, there was only 1 staff person in the building. She couldn't do the draw because she wasn't confident that she could find a vein.
