was told i would get results 2 days later, it’s now been a week, tried calling 15 times over the last 4 days and left a voicemail and got nothing. when you call the number it says to leave a voicemail and they would get back to you. i’ve heard nothing. horrible service, i’m leaving the country in 3 days and needed these results back 🙄
They have run the wrong test three times now, even with doctor’s orders and paperwork, and then claiming they have no record of me in their system. How do you take a person’s blood and then just lose all record of them, multiple times?? Very frustrating because I can’t get my medication refilled until I get the right labs done. I’ve been trying to get my labs for the last 6 months and apparently they just keep losing my blood or running the wrong tests even with a specific order form my doctor.
Absolutely the BEST experience w/ McCarthy! For starters, I could not find ANY place close that would do a blood draw for my test since it wasn't ordered by Intermountain. It was a RELIEF to find a place local & for a GREAT price! To top it off, I had been feeling like a human pincushion with a rough pregnancy & McCarthy truly was so gentle, took care of my quick & painless. Absolutely cannot recommend them enough! Would love to shout this place from the rooftops. Efficient, knowledgeable & great access. 10/10 recommend.
