Depression meds were working but my internal life contradictory and generally unsatisfactory. 10 sessions with Dr Dufford and there is a distinct improvement. From 40% "OK" to 65% "OK" and optimistic. Changing thought patterns takes work over time. His MP3 guided meditations for home use were surprisingly effective. Practical, not touchy-feely.
