I have been a patient at CVA and Dr. Rao since 12/17. My interactions with all the staff and Dr. Rao have always been very professional with great attention to my concerns as a patient. I would recommend CVA to any individual who requires a review of their cardiovascular issues.
Dr. Rao is the best!! She is professional, approachable, knowledgeable and thorough. I have seen her a number of times and each experience has been positive. Her staff is also great, they are thorough, follows up as needed and professional. My visits are not rushed and I feel everything possible is done to determine my issues and concerns. Never had a bad experience.
I came to Dr. Rao when I was very sick, I didn't have insurance or a job due to COVID-19. My concerns were ignored and shrugged off even when I reached out again saying that I really do think something is wrong I was told "Whatever is wrong with you isn't your heart". I went to see another cardiologist and found out what is wrong with me and am being treated and am doing much better. Dr. Rao saved my husband's life by detecting and intervening before an ascending aortic aneurysm could rupture. She is also my personal cardiologist now. She is personable, forthright and brilliant. She gets my highest recommendation!
Dr. Rao is a very caring and intelligent doctor. She spent time with me and made arrangements for me to have all of my test done all in one day so that I didn't have to make an extra trip because I live 2 hours away. I would recommend Dr. Rao to anyone needing a cardiologist. The facilities are beautiful! When you arrive, you are greeted at the door and every employee was very friendly and I never had to wait very long for any procedure. Thank you for the great care.
This is one professional physician. She is no nonsense and right to the point. Highest recommendation.
Dr. Rao is very patient doctor, whenever I had a question ( I had many)she clearly explained her answers, very knowledgeable of all my questions She is a great Doctor and I would recommend her to my family and friends, she diagnosed me with something that no other did...... and she was absolutely right, because of Dr.Rao I feel 100% better now..... than I did before I had a visit with her. .
