Dr Anu is doing good job for the child
Dr. Anu is the best pediatrician, excellent bedside manner. She is caring and is amazing with babies as well as teens. We are able to truly trust her knowledge and know our children are in the best hands.
Have been calling for 2 straight days waiting on hold for 20 mins+ each time. The calls end with abrupt disconnection or a staff member, nurse, and/or representative picking up the phone and abruptly transferring you. We have received multiple call backs from the office only to be again abruptly disconnected. When the staff does answer it's only to quickly say please hold and immediately put you back on hold.
