Dr. Lakshmikanth has been our daughter's doctor since she was born. She is very attentive and knowledgeable. Not only does she give us solid guidance at every stage but she also asks us questions that shows she really knows her stuff. Great doctor, great nursing team, great facility!

I switched his primary physician once Dr. Lash joined ARC because of how comfortable she made my son. Not only that she actually seemed to care and listen to your concerns. She takes the time to explain things that might not make sense to you or your child. Would highly recommend.
Dr. Lash is a kind pediatrician, but her staff and ARC are very disorganized. If you need something to be done outside of a visit (a fax, prescription, etc.), you'll never hear a follow-up. Also, they are responsible for charging my family for a treatment that never occurred during a routine wellness exam for a child. It's been incredibly difficult to correct. My guess is that it's due to disorganization among busy but well-meaning staff, but this is still troubling (and fraudulent) behavior.
