I was extremely pleased with Doctor Kandel. He explained my particular problem using understandable layman’s terms, describing how my treatment will procede, clarifying each step, the risks involved and the probable outcome. I have great confidense In Doctor Kandel. I wish also to commend the young lady at the reception desk. She was polite and did a superb job. Her genuine attitude, humor and excellent people skills, did much to ease the apprehension I felt when I first came into the office.

I needed an emergency hemorrhoidectomy the day before thanksgiving. At the e.r. I was given the number to a specialist that was unavailable. Luckily after several phone calls to various hospitals i found Dr. Kandel. He saw me just hours after I had called. Dr. Kandel and his assistants were incredibly kind. He preformed the surgery right there. The surgery was quick and without complication. Considering I didn't have insurance the cost was very affordable. Quick responses to post surgery emails.

Dr. Kandel is the only doctor that gave me a very confident feeling that I was going to be OK after being diagnosed with colon cancer . His staff is the absolute best , their compassion for the patient is impeccable. He took the time to explain the surgery, and was exceptionally considerate of making sure that my family was assured that he would take good care of me during the surgery. He went above and beyond to ensure the family was taken care of too. BEST PLACE TO GO!

Very friendly staff. Dr. Kandel takes his time going over your symptoms, and possible treatments. He performed my procedure professionally, and scheduled a follow up within a month. He thoroughly went over what to expect, and seemed genuinely concerned that all my questions had been covered. I would highly recommend Dr. Kandel to anyone who is in need of his expertise.
