I would not recommend this building. The service has been extremely disappointing. The apartment has recurring cockroach issues, and both the supervisor and manager are often rude and unprofessional in their interactions with tenants. The building is very old and poorly maintained. Common areas are dirty, and cleanliness standards are far below expectations. Despite paying approximately $2,200 per month in rent, tenants receive very poor value for the price. I recently moved into a one-bedroom unit at 4 Antrim Crescent, and the experience has been incredibly smooth from the start. Moving can be stressful, but the management here truly made a difference. Jonathan, the resident manager, provided a great move-in experience.
I love this apartment building very clean and tidy comfortable atmosphere the supervisor is very polite and helpful
