I have been to various dentists in the area for several years, with terrible experiences due to billing issues, and rude staff. I changed my provider to Dr.Dawood, and had a excellent experience both front office and the Dr. himself. I had a root canal without pain, and a crown placed. I have referred my entire family to him and will continue to have him as my preferred provider.
Dr. Antonious is extremely professional, very supportive, and patient with his patients. I would also like to thank the entire staff for their excellent service.
I had an excellent experience with Dr Antonious. I had root canal treatments, regular fillings, and a crown, and the doctor did an amazing job. They saved my teeth and made the whole process as comfortable as possible. Very professional, caring, and skilled. I’m so thankful for their help and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great dentist.
Terrible experience. Would give zero stars if I could. I scheduled an appointment with this dentist and showed up 4 minutes late, only to be left waiting for over 30 minutes with no explanation or update. No respect for people’s time at all. The receptionists were extremely rude — unprofessional, dismissive, and acted like they were doing me a favor just by talking to me.
