In addition to NY pies, we make Neapolitan(Italian style) pizza as well with our own homemade fresh mozzarella and San Marzano tomatoes from Italy. This is as close to NYC Pizza I have found in Colorado! They have perfected their sauce, make their mozzarella cheese, and I swear they use Adirondack water to make their crust!
I highly recommend this place! Great service and excellent food. My order was wrong but they quickly made it right and gave me a bonus appetizer for free. Staff was super friendly! We definitely will be going back when we are in Colorado. If you are traveling and looking for a good place to eat, do yourself a favor and stop.
If was really good food but best of all it was there closing time and they still let us in to eat some dinner. In these parts everything closes earlier than where we live in Kentucky but we want to thank you guys for letting us in to eat and keeping you later. This is a true first class business and the owner made us feel right at home. Thank you guys again
Excellent pizza! This was a hidden gem. So glad we stopped in. Easy parking and short drive from downtown.
We loved our pizza! This was the best pizza I’ve had in a long time! My heart was filled up when I met Don and his wife who are Nicaraguan! Our family served as missionaries for 3 years and I miss Nicaragua! The entire staff were wonderful!
Having lived in Italy for 3 years, we ordered a pizza that left us wondering if we had stepped back to that amazing place. you can not go wrong with this place!!!
