great east coast pizza. staff was great.
Managers should not argue with customers, period. The customer service has gone in the wrong direction since the move to the "bigger and better" location. We've always overlooked the high price because the pizza is good and the staff was friendly. Not so much anymore. The staff is snotty and unfriendly, I've now had 2 separate incidents where the staff was very rude, it's no longer worth it and we won't be spending our money here again.
The PIZZA!! My son lives in Windsor and he comes here often because he loves the pizza so when we traveled from SD to visit and stayed in Estes Park we knew we had to try it. Our waiter was so helpful about the kinds of pizza and what to order and we were not disappointed, we had the cheese bread and it was done perfectly and the garlic on it was real and so delicious with a crunch of goodness.
