RecommendedDuring the hardest times in my life I was lucky enough to go to Dr. Cubano. Thank you for literally saving my life. Rosalie you were my guardian angel! I’m still in treatment and miss you all!! The precious and loving ladies behind the scenes made my first experience with a psychiatrist so much easier and were always loving and kind.
Staff was rude and horrendously unprofessional. Office manager Jessica was discourteous, unconcerned and snarky. Office is like a walk in closet where walls are paper thin. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND Not enough bad things to say about this office
I have been going to Dr. Cubano’s office since 2017 & him and his staff have been amazing! They have seen me at my worst & were nothing but supportive & caring & were able to get me stabilized, which has been a struggle my entire life. These reviews are beyond baffling. God forbid you have to take a urinalysis. I wonder if any of these people complaining about it, stop and think that you have a doctor that is fighting for the opiate crisis & wants to make sure his patients are not mixing medications?! Dr. Cubano himself is great, or was the three or four times I brought my mother to see him. His staff is insensitive and rude. And whoever decided to discharge my mother without warning when she had done exactly what the doctor had advised her to do, that person is awful.
I have been a patient of Dr Cubano’s for years and have nothing but good things to say. He definitely cares about his patients and is very easy to talk to. He is very down to earth. I would definitely recommend him. I can’t believe some of the bad reviewers. Maybe not him, but you are the problem
I have been referred to this doctor a month ago and I have been trying to contact the office to schedule an appointment. Nobody ever answers the phone. Ever. And if you miss a call back from them a few days after you leave a voicemail, you are screwed. Because then you have to call back to leave another voicemail, hoping that someone would get back to you in a few days. I dont know how Dr. Cubano can run a business like this but I would recommend you finding someone else.
