Horrifying. Do not let Joe touch your head. I came in asking for a blunt bob. No layers, super simple, should have been easy. I arrived with my hair in a messy bun. He took my hair tie out and just started cutting my crimped, wavy hair, because you know, no need to get it straight right? He said my cheeks were too big for a bob so he would just trim off the dead ends. I reluctantly agreed, but stated again no layers.
