My wife and I had a terrible vacation for our 30 anniversary after putting our faith and trust in Anna and ATS. After we complained and the resort and amstar looked into it and agreed that mistakes had been made by multiple people and also agreed to refund part of our vacation, Anna and her boss Linda are not stepping up to take responsibility for their part of this terrible vacation,.
In all honesty, I was hesitant to use a travel agent. Having always planned my family's vacations, I was afraid I would not have as much control as I was used to having. I couldn't have been more wrong. ATS truly was a partner in helping me plan our spring break trip to London and Paris.
