Alex was the reason we chose the Hotel Valentin Imperial Riviera Maya. Her recommendation was spot on, for a great price and the highest quality hotel we've ever stayed at. All of the prep she provided us made it a comfortable journey, knowing exactly what to expect.
We just returned home from a destination wedding (Not ours) in Punta Cana. Alex was so helpful and we loved our time there! The resort was amazing, staff was excellent!!! It was so nice to work with Alex about all the details and not have to worry about a thing!

Anita is wonderful! If you are considering a family vacation to Walt Disney World she should be your first phone call. My family and I have visited this resort several times before, but this was our first time camping. Anita took care of everything. All of our questions were answered promptly.
