First let me start by saying that i am sorry that there has been a misunderstanding. We truly understand how hard it can be. That was one reason that we did the second diagnostic at no charge even though the symptom was different than the original concern. It is also why we spent so much time brainstorming trying to figure out how we could get the repairs that it needed just to get you guys by until we could get you into a different car. Had my first experience with these guys recently. After Honest Engine closed, I didn't really know who in Eureka would be willing and trustworthy to work on my Vanagon. Susan and crew were very professional, polite and timely. Thanks!
The people who run this sad ass excuse for a business are pathetic, and extremely rude and unprofessional. Would not recommend this place to anybody.
I have been going to Antich Automotive for over 10 years. By far they are the most honest, helpful and knowledgeable place to take your vehicle in for repairs or your basic oil changes. Highly recommend!
