Well, I really liked the car and they responded to my inquiry accordingly. I did not have enough time to act on the deal because the car was sold very quick. I guess showing interest and directly inquiring about a vehicle is not enough and has no guarantees. I guess business is business.

So, You are saying that a dealership should hold onto a car just because someone called on it? Just think the person who bought it, did a direct inquiry as well and came in asap because he really wanted the car. I know of NO dealership that will hold a car with no appointment made or deposit.

Steve is very professional. I walked onto the lot and he stopped what he was doing .he answered a few questions. And we were off and running with the paper work. He made it so easy. I will go here again. And will recommend checking them out
