The doctor was very helpful and gave me good information. I felt very validated while I was there. He was able to explain and answer my questions that I had had for several years.

Explained my condition and treatment in easy to understand language
Diagnosed my daughter with a branchial cleft cyst that he said needed surgically removed. Surgery was "unsuccessful" as he "missed" the actual cyst. We visited another doctor who did not understand how this could happen and the cyst was easily removed and he actually improved the scar from Dr. Jackson's surgery. Horrible!!!
