I felt that the doctor was great with care
The provider didn't seem interested in addressing my questions or concerns, instead responded pejoratively, and lacking empathy. I felt unheard and uncomfortable.
Dr Jackson was awesome. Really explained everything so I could understand what was going on.
Dr. Jackson is VERY thorough and attentive.
The staff explained the situation and process to me and assured me of the time frame of everything
Did not listen carefully when I described my symptoms. I, therefore, have the same problem as before with no relief.
