Dr. Nguyen was prepared thoughtful and explained a complex situation in a way that my wife and I could understand.
Dr Nguyen spends time with you going over test results and answers any questions.
What stood out was how direct, informatative and gentle he is about the information he is giving you. I hardly have any questions, he tells me everything and is very thorough with what is happening, might be happening or what is going to happen and what needs to happen. I also like that he is always upbeat and positive sounding during visits. Dr Nguyen completely made up for every “not so great” doctor I’ve experienced in my life. Check was excellent, I was back in the room with 10-15 min. Dr Nguyen was in the room less than 5 min after I got in the room. He was funny and conversational and gave me a whole lesson on my needs and options. He is quite the investigator into the issues I presented with. You can tell he truly cares about his patients. He asked so many questions pertinent to my condition. Hopefully he will find the answers. The phlebotomist, Heather, put me so at ease bc I had to give 16 vials of blood. She made me laugh and forget about my fears.

I’ve been going to Dr. Nguyen for 6 years now. Ever visit is a wonderful visit. He takes his time and listens and is never in a rush to leave the room. Also on that note just remember if you are waiting a little longer for your appointment, when’s it’s your turn he will give you the same exact care so be patient! He’s an outstanding doctor.
