Horribly combative person. Complains about your insurance, and gets defensive when you ask questions about treatments. Stay away!
We have been using dr. Escriva pretty much since he opened practice in Brewster Clocktower. We are extremely happy with him and his staff. He always does what's best to maintain healthy teeth and gums. No complaints!
I have a cardiac issue and Dr Escriva is the ONLY dentist that made sure i pre medicated as to not have any cardiac issues due to dental procedures. I wish i had the echocardiogram that he recommended several years ago which may have prevented current issue.
Dr. Escriva makes himself available at all times. My entire family has been with him for well over 15 years. He is very punctual and completely educates you to ease any fears of work to be done. His staff, is with him many years, they are professional, friendly and very helpful.
Although, Dr. Escriva is an excellent dentis his staff is very unprofessional. They are rude on the phone and in person once in front of their boss portray a different personality. Patients needs are not taken as a priority as they have a tendency to pro-long appointments. Tule of thumb in business is client satisfaction.
