I love this place. The bruschetta is amazing, fresh bread, biscotti and sandwiches are all amazing
My family and I have been going to the Denville location for years and the food always tastes fresh and delicious. But I was super letdown today. I ordered a sandwich to go and was given the sandwich within seconds of ordering (so it was clearly not just made fresh). The bread and chicken were ice cold. I paid $9 for a sandwich that was clearly made hours (maybe longer) prior - the chicken was dry and the bread was soggy due to being refrigerated. Not cool! I will still go back, but was super disappointed this time.
We live close by, but would go even if we lived far away! In once or twice a week for semolina bread, pizza dough panna di casa, and the best chicken salad sandwich on grain bread!
Food is good but they had the nerve to charge $95 for a full tray of eggplant parm! $95!! I ordered someplace else and I will never order anything from here again. What a rip off.
